Create your patient account or sign in when you are ready to request a consultation. Your care team confirms the appointment and video details.

Let clinical expertise guide the next step
Your clinician records their recommendations. If treatment travel is appropriate, the plan identifies the hospital or clinic, treatment dates, expected hospital stay and follow-up needs.
STEP 05
Review your confirmed care plan
The care team reviews the clinician’s report and verifies treatment details and pricing with the provider. Once published, your plan appears in your patient dashboard.
STEP 06
Choose travel that fits your care
When travel planning opens, choose flights and a hotel or serviced apartment within your journey. Select your departure airport, dates and travel preferences. Arrange accommodation around hospital admission and discharge, with extra nights if you wish.
STEP 07
Review, pay and follow your arrangements
Review medical care, flights, accommodation and coordination as separate cost items before proceeding to PayPal. Follow payment and supplier confirmation status in your dashboard. Payment alone is not a confirmed flight ticket or hotel reservation.
